About me Owner and board member of Efengaz since 2015. Has 18 years of previous experience acquired from PGNiG S.A. in the segment of distribution and management of such areas as: balancing and sales of gas, distribution services, measurement systems, readings, tariffs, development and investments. Paweł is the creator of trade balancing algorithms and a co-creator of the gas supplier change procedure at Polska Spółka Gazownictwa. Solutions prepared by him have eliminated the main barriers to the opening of the gas market in the area of distribution, in Poland. Paweł holds a PhD in technical sciences in the field of Electronics, specialization: measurement and diagnostic systems. The degree was awarded by the Council of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology (title of the doctoral dissertation: "Loss analysis in gas distribution systems").
